A practical vintage solid mahogany drop leaf dining table featuring elegant Federal style lines with a beautifully grained, warm mahogany top and a classic support base. When the leaves are raised, the table expands to create a generous dining surface, while the leaves can also be folded down to save space when not in use. The table rests on graceful curved legs with brass capped feet. Circa late 1950's.
The table is in great vintage condition with only minor signs of wear; note a few nicks/scratches on the central tabletop panel - see pictures. A satin polyurethane topcoat has been applied throughout to protect and preserve the original finish.
