Refund policy
Returns may be accepted after careful consideration and only within two weeks of receipt of order. In the instance of a return, shipping costs may be nonrefundable or partially nonrefundable. It is the Buyer's responsibility to hold on to the original packaging and packaging material in the instance of a return.
To start a return, you can contact us via the Contact tab or email us at info@hickorycovefurniture.com within 2 week of receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with its original packaging and packaging material at hand.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within the first 48 hours of receipt) if the item was damaged in transit. On the off chance an item arrives damaged, please know arrangements will be made for the return of the item in it's original packaging. Once we've received the return shipment, the refund will be issued.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges due to the high cost of shipping furniture items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
