A unique vintage solid pine Huntboard by Lane Furniture of Altavista, Virginia. Designed as part of Lane’s Museum of American Folk Art authenticated reproduction collection, this piece faithfully captures the clean lines and understated elegance of antique American huntboards.
Crafted from beautifully grained solid pine with a warm honey finish, the huntboard features two spacious side storage compartments and a central double-door cabinet, offering versatile storage while maintaining a light, elegant profile. The tall tapered legs, simple silhouette, and classic brass hardware make it equally at home in Colonial, Primitive, Farmhouse, or Traditional interiors.
Its narrow depth makes it an excellent choice for an entryway, dining room, hallway, or behind a sofa where storage is needed without taking up much floor space. Whether used as a sideboard, console table, huntboard, or accent cabinet, this Lane piece offers quality American craftsmanship and timeless style that will never go out of fashion. Circa 1980s.
The table is in excellent vintage condition with very minimal signs of wear with the tabletop having just been refinished; light color patch on the tabletop - see pic, minor nicks on legs. A satin polyurethane topcoat has been applied throughout to protect and preserve the finish.
