The gently scalloped apron is decorated with hand-painted floral garlands and a green border, while the carved legs feature decorative pineapple motifs and gilt highlights that add warmth and sophistication. The compact size makes it incredibly versatile, perfect beside a sofa, between chairs, as a bedside table, or displayed as a decorative accent in an entryway or sitting room.
Its warm wood tones and elegant silhouette complement French Country, Traditional, Cottage, Victorian, and European inspired interiors alike. Circa 1930s.
The table is in great antique condition with minor signs of wear; light water marks, light age lines in tabletop. A satin polyurethane topcoat has been applied throughout to protect and preserve the finish.
