A beautiful pair of antique Berkey & Gay mahogany nightstands created from the original side cabinets of a vintage vanity. These cabinets retain their classic turned columns, brass hardware, tapered legs, and rich mahogany finish while offering practical three-drawer storage.
Originally part of a larger Berkey & Gay bedroom suite, the vanity side cabinets have been separated and repurposed into standalone nightstands, creating a unique pair that blends antique craftsmanship with modern functionality.
Their compact footprint makes them ideal beside a bed, sofa, or reading chair while preserving the character and quality associated with one of America’s most respected early twentieth-century furniture makers. Circa 1930's. A matching tallboy coming soon!!
The tables are in great antique condition with only minor signs of wear; minor nicks/flaws, wood plugs fill the holes where a mirror was once attached on the tabletops back edge, replaced panels at the connection point of vanity, one tabletop has some water marks on the front right corner - see pics. A satin polyurethane topcoat has been applied throughout to protect and preserve the finish.
