A beautiful Victorian mahogany cabinet featuring ornate carved detailing, rich wood tones, and a striking burgundy leather front cabinet door accented with gold decorative borders.
This elegant piece showcases beautifully figured crotch mahogany wood grain across its upper dovetail drawer, complemented by an elaborate original brass drawer pull. Intricate floral carvings and spiraling vine details adorn the front columns, while a decorative scrollwork wave border adds character beneath the gently curved top.
The lower cabinet features a distinctive burgundy and black leather covered door with delicate gold detailing, opening to reveal two spacious interior storage compartments. A single upper drawer provides additional storage, making this piece as functional as it is decorative.
Its gracefully curved front, rich finish, and ornate craftsmanship make it a wonderful addition to a Victorian, English manor, historic, traditional, gothic, or eclectic home. Perfect for use as a bedside nightstand, an end table, decorative accent cabinet, or compact storage table.
The table is excellent vintage condition with very minimal signs of wear; very minor nicks/flaws - nothing of note. A satin polyurethane topcoat has been applied to protect and preserve the original finish and tone down the original high sheen.
