A lovely antique quarter sawn oak chest featuring solid wood construction displaying rich golden wood grain and a gracefully curved front apron with classic country style side paneling. The table stands on square back legs and slightly tapered front legs, all with functional casters. Storage is offered in the form of four dovetail drawers in a 2 over 2 design, displaying brass bail pulls and keyhole escutcheons. Circa 1910's.

The chest is in excellent antique condition, exhibiting only minor signs of wear and patina consistent with age; dark colored areas on tabletop, dark colored stains on inner drawer surface, rust on casters.
