An antique princess dresser showcasing classic Federal styling in a compact, elegant form. The low chest features one long spacious drawer with a carved center panel and two raised side drawers perfect for smaller items. Turned legs on casters, a scalloped apron, and molded edges add refined architectural detail. Crafted in rich mahogany, the warm finish highlights its rich grain and timeless character. Circa 1920's.
The chest is in excellent original condition with very minimal signs of wear; one of the back legs has been repaired - the table has is sound and sturdy, a minor wood fill repair on the bottom edge of a side - see pic. A satin polyurethane topcoat has been applied throughout to protect and preserve the finish.
